your not a ghost because there is a shadow on your right leg should have done a 3 hour exposure you would be suprised at the results.

P.S. this is for the bottom of page 10 im sorry im slow old age

This was one of the picture I sent to "Gladiators", had 5 try-outs never got on  :(
Those big weights 25Kg each the small ones are only 15Kg

This is a real film picture I still have negative to prove it  :nana:

Everyone's dreams sit aloft a rungless ladder. Some ladders are higher than others. Some are so tall they reach high above the clouds - but everyone can see their dream. Most people see that their ladder has no rungs and although they may talk about climbing it one day, seeing no way to get there, they eventually give up and settle for what lies beneath it.

NOW I see why you were asking if I could do 100kg at 45degrees!

Admittedly, I probably couldn't do it quite yet - but I'm only 19, and have never actually done any strict regime, apart form doing Judo for quite a few years when I was a kid - I won the Scottish Championship!  :D

Well, I'm only 80-85kgs, and I've been able to press 180kgs since I was 15/16 - that said, it was all the gym back home had on the machines... :(

I am certainly impressed by your leg strength, though!  :)

Dermot had fallen out with her and told she not to bothering coming because he'd have her thrown out !?
That was tricky se he came right next to us and ask about if anyone tried to get on and the women at the front of queue said " He got into the dairy room ! " {ducked down } and pulled faces at Dermot  :nana:

Thats horrible DK! Funny tho...when I needed to take the chicken to teh vets the only box I could find was from a portable oven thing..Only had a roast chicken cooking on it...Vet thought that was very funny.

We where at Alton Towers and it was getting late and about to rain so we jumped on this "WET" ride. The boats infront jammed the up ramp and we got stuck under a wet fountain and got soaked by the way it didn't rain !
