How long do you stay out on one session? also what sortof distances do you cover?

At least an hours worth, in the early days though a touch less and try for half hour at a time. The important thing is to NOT walk or bounce around tired, thats when accidents happen.

bout half an hour then i rest get back on them, have a rest etc etc....
i have a friend who is jus getting into it so we take turns when one of us gets tired

me and my friend were known to stay out ALL DAY ;D .. about 5 hour sessions im sure

well.. yes.. thats not solid Pro-Jumping ;)

we do it for a bit and then rest and then just get back up and do it again... in like 20min to a five min rest.. ish
