Red Nose Day March 13th

Red Nose day is on Friday 13th March and this year they say
" Do something funny for money "

Can anyone think of something funny that we could do on stilts ?

One year I rasied money just for wearing a red nose all day at work. It was the hard plastic ones and when I got home I did need the plastic one my nose was red raw !

Maybe we could meet up somewhere and be funny together ?
I'm game for anything for a laugh that'll raise money, so any ideas ?

i propose a meet in manchester or liverpool  :Crolleyes:

only coz i cant get anywere else im too ittle XD

maybe in 2 years ill have a car for all the big meets :D

until then i wanna do some meets close to home so i can actually attend like my meet on the 7th of march who wants to come :D warrington 12:00am :P  :hijacked:

Not exactly a fund raising idea but you could attach the care noses to the bocks some how to nose up your stilts

i say we all hire costumes and bock london wearing 90's cartoon characters - id say that would be awesome!!

me and my mate came into college as tweety and syvester for rag week! (Raise And Give week)

ewewew open faced suits, horrible things...and would be too bulky for bocking in


...but i say everyone goes into london in the evening after work/uni etc and has a good old bock, gives me an incentive to finish my bocking trousers at last :D

Love the idea of fancy dress but remember one thing

If you make your own fancy dress fine but if you hire it the chance of it getting ruined in a fall is gonna cost you a fortune as the shop will expect you to pay for it  :Cfrown:

WB's were going to see how many high schools we could hit in one day and do a 15 min demonstration....but other than running around the country its not really funny.

My next idea was for us to go bocking in town totally naked with just a collection of red noses covering our bits....again could be more scary than funny.

We thought about this because like over charity events/fates they:-

1) Makes us look good raising money for a charity
2) We had a croud that'll watch us
3) If Bockers are seen helping in this way it can only be good news for Bocking.

Just can't think what to do ?

I think the costumes looked pretty cool, the monster one looked too warm to bock in but the other two looked like a they were made with a much thinner material, I remember some members a while back doing it for one of the comps think they were dressed a cow n reindeer think they won as well lol

yep the cow and raindeer were very funny XD and they did win hehe i cant memba hu the ppl were dressed up but i cna remmeber the pics they had of a jumping cow :D

I've a Monster outfit, blow air into it was if it's cold outside it would blow freezing cold air on me all the time !?

schools are really strict tho

coz if u hurt sumone they can sue and get school in alot of shizz also if u damage anything ud have to pay for it and ur mum and dad wudnt be very happy

not to mention the hole sittin on a chool chairand gettin back up on ur bocks XD

well I have got a couple of plans to try and make it less dangerous, but im sure they wont let me

Its worth a try though, id love to go bocking around our school

the chair thing is easy, If I do it on a thursday I ony have biology and they have tall lab chairs :P so Id be fine, I should think :P

I may stick spikes on the front of my bocks, though that may increase my chances of falling because they will be to heavy
