In the next couple of months (Jan/Feb time) I am looking for some bouncers to film for a college project.
If anyone is interested in taking part then you are more than welcome to.

For our project me and three others are creating a documentary on Bocking, this is the reason we are asking you to be in are documentary. Visually it will look great as a college project, never been done before.

Wednesday 3rd Feb 2010 is our first filming dat, so if you would like to be involved then just post a message. Just think of it as a meet but being filmed instead...
Location wise, anywhere local to Leeds (around Yorkshire) would be very helpful due to equipment we have to lug around.

Also if anyone would like a showreel doing for themselves then I would be able to make you one.

Update Update: Our first meet will be on Wednesday 3rd Feb weather permitting, if anyone is interested in coming then please reply. The only difference with this meet is we will be filming but otherwise it will just be a normal meet. If you dont like been filmed and dont want to be filmed then this is fine, still come you dont have to be on the camera!

Where: Outside Leeds Art Museum
Time: Meeting between 11.00-12.00PM

I can't suggest any locations, but if you let me know where and when you are filming i might come up from nottingham for a bounce, as i doubt you want to come down that far. I have loads of mates at uni up there, and sounds like an excuse to visit

Nice, Ill keep you updated with dates and we can try organise a meet, get quite a few people to come along hopefully.

BTEC NC media production, second year now, and we use canon XM2's, sometimes an XL1 if we can take it out.
im guna be getting the panasonic TM300 for xmas.

Oooh, I did the ND in that last year. Although, I didn't actually know that was the course I was on until half way through the second year lmao.

The ND is better than the NC isn't it? me 2,i didnt know what I was doing either until half way through my first year, lucky really because i could of been stuck on the diploma course...

The NC has 12 modules if I am right? The ND has 18. The grading criteria and units are exactly the same. There are just less of them. A few people who didn't care failed too many units to get an ND got an NC instead. I did media production..But I applied for media (moving image). No big shakes. Almost the same course... haha. Media production replaced it but it was only when I was applying to ucas I found out!

Really sorry we cant change to a weekend due to restrictions with bringing equipment out of college!

We are limited to filming weekdays!!

Being in Uni of Leeds I should be able to make this and possibly bring some others (about 3 of us) would partly depend on lecture commitments etc but I'll bring it up at circus socity on Monday (which by the way you're more than welcom to come to) and let you know.

Great, im hoping the snow will of cleared by then.
Ill start to create a list of whos coming soon.

It should be a good laugh, i will be bringing my stilts of course and my friend michael has never tryed them before so where going to get him on some.

just so you kno we will be using 3 cameras, where guna even try and get on top of the art museum (if they will let us) to get filming done from above.

Only a week now thank god, im looking forward to getting back on my stilts after about 6 weeks.

Hoping the weather holds up, if it is raining on the day then I reckon we will have to cancel due to there been no back up plan and due to no access indoors.
If this does happen then I will txt you around 8ish, I have everyones number thats coming so you will not be in the dark about whats going on.

If your still thinking about coming or are coming and havent told me then please post on here!!

Ok so last wednesday was a success and I'd like to thank everyone who made the effort to come , hopefully we can organize another meet soon minus the cameras this time.
Loooking at the footage we got it looks great and we have done what we set out to achieve, thank god. So thanks to all of you who let us film you!

I will at some point get all the footage onto some discs i send them off to you, I've already had some requests from people and where currently in the process of capturing it all from tape to the computer.

If your interested in acopy of the footage then please pm with your address
