Once the buzz has worn off....
« on: September 24, 2006, 11:42:55 PM »
Hi guys,

Newbie here, still considering buying these. Couple of questions...
I'm someone who goes running most days. I dont run a particular distance or time myself, I just do a few miles cos it makes me feel good lol. Would I be able to run in these stilt things on a regular basis? I mean of course, after I'm settled on them but more importantly after the buzz of having something so unusual has worn off? I know that I'm going to get knackered in short distances but I'm ok with that!

Secondly, and I see it mentioned somewhere else here, are Projumps different to powerizers? I read they are different brands, but are they the same specs, in terms of build quality, strength etc? The powerizers seem to be £50 more expensive.

Also whats up with the projump website? If I click on video or anything the page doesnt have any content, just the menu. The only links that lead to anything are the forum and buy now pages. Not terribly convinving to be honest.

Anyway, I registered and I'm sure I'll be ordering shortly.

Thanks,

Matt
(cardiff)

Hi Matt,

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to run on these every day, people use them as a fun way to exercise regularly.

on your second point, Im fairly certain that there is no difference between poweriser and pro-jump apart from the brand name.

After reading the post I have had a look at their website and the videos appear to be working.
