i just changed me springs for some lighter ones and ....

OH MY GOD IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE A NEW PAIR OF BOCKS!!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i never new that getting the right weight class would be so important!! i thought that with a bit of perseverance i would be able to 'tame' the 90kg ones, but i was wrong. seriously if your gonna get some bocks and ur a n00b, get 10 kg over ur weight, thats standard recommendation and it WORKS!! im able to jump so much higher than before and i only changed em a couple of hours ago and i think im ready for some tricks!! THAT, my fellow bockers, is how much of a difference it has made!!

I'd practice sensible tricks for a while before flips

having no sense of fear help does help alot... but the problem is i have a sense of pain and it is that which is keeping me back lol.

but yes thank you... im the small space of ...... 2 hours on them i think my skill level is majorly increased..... im jumping about3 feet now

LOL im sorrryyyy i could not resist... they came in the post today and i ordered them yesterday before 12... .... ... way before 12 lol... prolly about 3am LOL

Getting calf cuffs will give you same level of positive change.

Getting decent rubber on the Hoof will give you 50% again.

Getting ozzy bronze bearings will give you 50% yet again.

imo. lol. These mods worked for me (Bearings incoming), but the only thing that will get me flipping is a DIET! lol.

already got calf cuffs and strangely being only velcro i have amazing stability... and the other things well.... if team 101 can do it on unmodded bocks then woth TONNES of practise and a few broken bones so can i!! ( of course im not flipping WHILE having broken bones lol)

on the subject of this weekend: i'm a maybe, project/programming is finishing this week, so who knows, might actually dust off my bocks again, probably nowhere good enough for flips anymore though

Ok Folks looks like it is staines then I'll be there around about 12ish but feel free to get there earlier

If you know your way to Clives place Kiwi you can follow him to staines but it is really easy to get to and we park in the carpark by the bridge
but we can sort it out later in the week

eerrmm..... i dont know where it is lol i followed the tomtom last time so didnt take in the directions. i dont know if i will have it this week but ill ask and let you know. just asking tho WHERE in stains are we going?? is there a park or summit?

Any chance we can skip the high street?
dunno if its just me but i couldn't stand walking the high street. Some people we came across were so bloody abnoxious and rude, it had my blood boiling!!!!
thinking about it, i can just follow along and get some good video/stills of everyone instead, then slap me bocks on when we get to the river.

I wanted more footy when we were there last time but being my first ever meet, i wanted 2 show skills

I think I can make Saturday but will have to Check with Clive as I know he is up to his eye balls with work

I think it was a bad day on the High street Benny sometimes you just get a few pr*ts who think they are clever, but I tend to like the river and other bits better anyway, there is also a skate park about 10 mins walk away

Only trouble with Saturday is the carpark might be a bit busy but I have been there on sat before and it has been empty just luck of the draw

But if worse comes to worse I can do both days for a couple of hours

my poor car!! lol naw jason is a mate and if he blows up ma car ill grin and bare it.. i can at least kick the halfords fitters ar$e if he fooks up and its not simple either.. i just had to choose the most complicated ones for ma car. i gots an 04 Nissan Almera and i chose Fusion 13cm Components... = nightmare for fitter as he has to take basically the whole dashboard out :s
