Not a lot, you're pretty much dosed up to the max, you can only have 2 x 500mg paracetamol tablets every 6 hours, and Ibubrofen you can have every 400mg every 2 hours, maxing out at 1200mg daily.
However, you shouldn't really be mixing paracetamol AND ibuprofen, you should be on one or the other.

I'm assuming by tooth ack you mean tooth ache. Don't eat much, or only eat soft foods. Try applying something to the area that has a numbing effect, maybe bonjella or simply very cold water/ice.

If you've not taken anything for a couple of hours SUCK a dispersible Aspirin ( one the disolves in water ) it should help :)
Untill you get it seen today try keeping your mind off it, sounds stupid but the more you think of it the more it'll hurt, I've just been throught it, watch a DVD, play a computer game !?
Hope your feeling better soon  :)

This probably isn't all that helpful....

As DK said, taking your mind of the pain really can help. The reason being pain is controlled by the mind. Or the mind affects it a whole lot ect ect...if you can focus, it is actually possible to control the way you mind handles the pain and essentially switch it off.

I said it wasn't going to be that helpful  :D but I don't take pain killers and stuff ever lol..

Oil of cloves, tastes vile but its a great natural anaesthetic for your mouth. I used it when my wisdom teeth came through.

Sadly is a POM and Toddy would have to see a doctor to get some. Also, highly unlikely they'd give him any :(

On the plus hand, if he did get any he'd love it too. It's nuts.

yeah i agree with sprog and carl co-codamol is great but doctors dont tend to give it out that much anymore and the stronger stuff is like well rare to be given.

you cant buy co-dydramol. which is what i was thinking of rather than co-codramol. which it is a much stronger version basically. but not many places sell co-codramol

On the pain front
Ibruprofen brings swelling and inflamation down reducing pain.

I have to take cocodamol/paracetamol tablets as well which are pain blockers.

As with all drugs get advice from your doctor/nurse/healthn professional as ther are side effects. For example indutrial strength cocodamol prescribed will create constipation as it also slows the gut !!!!
Grow old disgracefully
