Hello,
I know there may be no real right or wrong answer here but anyway, What do you think?
I ask because I have had mine a few weeks now, im happy with how im doing, I started getting some jumps in but I did twist my back so I couldnt get back on the PJ's for just over a week.
Ive been playing about in the garden again now (until my house mates arrive then were off to some car parks :p) I can quite happily jump around I can get around 2 foot Id say, but I cant really stay in one spot easily and well , our garden is very small!
Now what im getting too, Its very hard for me to compress the springs I have 70kg's I guess I weight anything between 8.5stone to just over 9 stone(Its odd my weight goes up and down
) am I really just going for improving the strength in my legs to get some compression? I know the techneic will play a large role of course also.
And Im only really asking as when you look at say Ian's tutorials on Jumping his compression on one foot basically goes to the ground, I just cant see how ill be doing this. I think my friend will be ordering 60kgs so I might try that out also.
Reading though it looks like ive rambled
How long did it take you personally to get some good compression out of your springs.
If I am honest i think its because I just have little legs haha
I know I have some spelling errors here please excuse that, Im at work and not have allot of time
Cheers
