Look after your nuts!

Just got back fro a 2 hour bounce around a festival only to find that when i took my footstraps off that one of them fell to the floor!! The nut holding it on had worked its way loose from all my bounding!

So just a heads up to remind peeps to check their nuts regularly and keep em nice and tight  ;D

I just got into the habbit of checking my nuts (!) before strapping my feet in as i've noticed this too and i think jono lost one of his already.
