Any tips on running??

i can kind of run but with the fear of falling over and i dont want that to happen any tips welcome ??? ???

practice practice and practice. :)

I had a big problem with being lazy and quite often would not lift my knees up on the odd step and would clip the rubber on the ground. I never fell from it but i had some serious wobbles.
It all improves with experience so just get out there and bock as much as you can.

like locky has said, keep practising and you'll soon pin it!

be consious of keeping your feet from clipping the floor and make sure your knees arnt going to hit togeather!

i very much agree... running should start off more as a jog with bounding high lifts in your legs, i haven't fallen over in a good few days. a good move to practice moving ur hooves close to the ground is to skip, i find its a good intermediate speed between walking and jogging

Tip no1....STOP WORRYING

Tip no2.... if you fall get back up and carry on

Tip no3..... repeat as many times as is necessary
